No — residential jobs are priced by load size so you know the cost before we arrive. Estate, hoarding, and commercial jobs get a free custom quote instead, since the scope varies too much for a flat rate.
Yes, standard disposal is included in every quote. A few items (mattresses, freon appliances) carry a small added fee due to special disposal requirements.
Once we see photos or do a walkthrough, we give you a firm price based on what you show or tell us. No surprise add-ons at pickup.
It happens. If the load is noticeably bigger than what was shown, we'll always tell you the new price and get your OK before we touch anything — you'll never be charged more without agreeing to it first.
